Deepak Singha is the Founder & MD of Rely Healthcare Technologies. He is responsible for the operating model, process, program management, technology and work force strategy. He has over a decade of experience in Hospital & Pharamcy Process Streamlining through Technology, Cyber Security, Secure Software Engineering, Cloud Computing & Designing Healthcare IT products.

Prior to Rely, he was the head of IT and pharmacy operations at Pratiksha Hospital, Guwahati. This was the period when he started to conceptualize the idea of better Healthcare IT solutions for Hospitals & Pharmacy and even for the patients, after facing & seeing many challenges as operations head, and also the experiences gained while surveying many hospitals as an IT consultant. So he decided to leave and start a new journey as Rely Healthcare Technologies

Prior to Pratiksha Hospital, he worked as IT consultant at Integra-Ventures where he implemented IT solutions for multiple 50-100+ hospitals which includes HIMS (Hospital Information Management System) implementation, Networking (LAN/WAN/Router), CCTV, Firewall etc. He had also designed & developed multiple websites for hospitals, and softwares for Doctor Patient Relationship.

Prior to Integra-Ventures, Deepak worked with Fidelity Investments, an American multinational financial services corporation based in Boston, Massachusetts, over 6.5+years where he had won many awards and accolades from both onsite & offsite clients. During his tenure with Fidelity, he was involved in many financial domain projects like Alternative Investments, DTCC, STARRS Risk Management System etc. , and also extensively worked on Feedback/Survey System, ERMS (Enterprise Record Management System) design & development apart from corporate communication projects.

Deepak holds a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E) from Dibrugarh University and also Post Graduate Diploma in Advanced Computing (PG-DAC) from C-DAC, Bangalore. He ranked First class first in engineering degree. He is also a NCFM certified professional.
